an enduring love of art, literature, and culture in the metropolitan Detroit area and beyond.

Humans, flora, and fauna

are all living species –

yet, so dissimilar in categorization.

How many types of apples exist,

and how many hybrids are possible?

Is the separation of items in this group

only reduced to a variance

in color, size, or taste?

No, a desired selection is often driven

by preference.

This is a unique project. Although some works of art can be displayed

without explanation for the viewers’ private and subjective interpretation,

advancing this concept of presenting selected art pieces with literature supports the idea that exhibiting art with poetry, narratives, and other forms of writing will provide

an additional level of insight about the Artist's perspectives and what is fully being conveyed.

He’s Always There

Sometimes life seems so unfair,
but don’t forget God is always there.
People may say religion should not be discussed,
but who else can we go to, who else can we trust?
When times are hard and no one seems to care,
just remember God does, and that He’s always there.
The loss of a loved one, a child gone astray,
whatever the problem, please take time to pray.
In His infinite wisdom these things come about,
don’t despair, He’ll always bring you out.
He’ll help you through life’s problems,
He won’t let you down –
He’s everything we need, He’s always around.
When within your heart you say your prayer,
I promise He’ll hear you,
I KNOW that He’s there.
And He’ll answer you too,
don’t give up, just believe.
Be encouraged, He’ll help you
because He ALWAYS helps me.
